You MAY use these graphics for commercial or non-commercial projects such as: web design, sig tags, stationary, etc., without linking back to my site . . . linkbacks are always appreciated if you WANT to do that!

You MAY freely distribute anything you create from the images as you wish, in a single layer format provided they are within the guidelines of the TERMS.

The MAY NOTS:

You MAY NOT redistribute these images as they are in their current state, or re-sized, or a different file format (i.e. burning them to a CD for reselling, offering them for download from your site, selling in part or as a whole at auctions).  I do not need to compete with myself!

You MAY NOT pass them through "e groups, mailing lists, graphics groups, news groups or share them with a friend"....however, a link to BashfulHeart is fine.

You MAY NOT purchase a subscription for anyone other than yourself without checking with me FIRST.

I WILL revoke the subscription of anyone not complying with the terms WITHOUT refund!
